Lahore: MyZameen has announced that Zameen Eon Property Blocks have reached full funding, with more than 190 investors coming together to completely fund the off-plan development. The milestone marks one of the fastest full-funding cycles for MyZameen since the platform’s launch, and reflects growing investor confidence in block-based property ownership as a serious entry point into Pakistan’s premium real estate market.
This one-bed apartment in Zameen Eon, an under-construction project in NSIT, Lahore developed by Zameen Developments, was offered through MyZameen in blocks priced at PKR 10,000 each, allowing investors to participate in premium off-plan real estate without committing to the full price of a single unit upfront. The structure paired the traditional upside of early-stage off-plan investing, including capital appreciation as construction progresses, with monthly cashback starting from Month 1 and a fully digital ownership process.
Reaching 100% funding on Zameen Eon is a strong signal that investors are ready for a more accessible way into real estate. This wasn’t one or two large buyers stepping in. It was nearly 200 individual investors choosing to build ownership at their own pace, which is exactly the model MyZameen set out to create.
With Zameen Eon Property Blocks fully funded, the achievement builds on the confidence of both new and returning investors who have followed the platform’s approach to lowering the barrier to off-plan ownership. The company reiterated its commitment to structuring future projects around the same principles: low entry price, transparent digital certificates, and income potential during the construction period rather than only at handover.
