MyZameen is a digital real estate platform that allows users to buy Property Blocks in premium real estate properties from top-tier and credible developers, with a low entry cost.
A Property Block represents a specific, contract-backed co-ownership share in a property. It entitles you to receive proportionate rental /cashback (discount) income and/or capital gains depending on the property you choose.
We do not sell apartments by square foot; we make buying property simpler and more accessible through Property Blocks. Each Property Block represents your stake in a premium property, allowing you to access real estate with flexibility and confidence. Once you purchase your selected Blocks from any of the listings on our platform, if you chose built property, you will receive a Digital Allotment Certificate or a Digital Allocation Certificate, confirming your secure share in that property. For developmental properties, a Digital Allocation Certificate will serve as immutable proof of your ownership.
No, one account is sufficient. Within a single MyZameen account, you can purchase Property Blocks in multiple properties, and your complete portfolio will be visible on your dashboard.
It varies from property to property and is based on the valuation of that particular property. For example, if a property is worth PKR 10,000,000, it will be divided into 1,000 blocks, each valued at PKR 10,000.
- Minimum: 1 block (starting from PKR 10,000)
- Maximum: Up to 5% of the subject property's total value
- Explore: Browse verified and approved properties on the MyZameen website.
- Buy: Select your preferred property listing and purchase one or more Property Blocks (up to 5% of the property value) in your preferred listing.
- Lock-In Period: Minimum holding period of 1 year.
- Realise Gains: After the lock-in period, Block Owners vote on whether to sell or continue holding.
- If the majority of the votes cast are in favour of the sale, the property will be sold and the proceeds are distributed.
- If the majority of the votes cast are to hold the property, it continues until the next voting window.
For Built Property:
- First Window: Opens after 1 year from the date the listing of the property on the MyZameen website.
- Subsequent Windows: Open every 6 months thereafter. We will send timely reminders when a voting window is about to be opened.
- Duration: Each voting window remains open for a period of 2 weeks.
For Developmental Property:
- First Window: Opens after 4 years from the date of the listing of the property on the MyZameen website.
- Subsequent Windows: Open every 6 months thereafter. We will send timely reminders when a voting window is about to be opened.
- Duration: Each voting window remains open for a period of 2 weeks.
You will only be able to participate in the sale process after completing the lock-in period and when a voting window opens.
Built Properties:
- Rental Yield: Up to 8% annually (projected estimate, may vary depending on the project).
- Capital Appreciation: Upon sale of the underlying property. May vary based on property performance and market value.
Developmental Properties:
- Cashback (Discount): Up to 12% annually (projected estimate may vary depending on the project).
- Capital Appreciation: Upon sale of the underlying property. May vary based on property performance and market value.
Top-tier properties from projects of Zameen Developments are on offer at exclusively discounted prices for MyZameen Block Owners, meaning there are no high premiums.
If you hold your Property Block and sell it later, you can earn profit/capital gains based on the market value at that time.
Top-tier properties from Zameen Developments and its subsidiaries are offered to MyZameen Block Owners at exclusive discounted prices, with no added premiums.
Zameen Developments has successfully delivered three major projects in the past two years, each providing strong capital gains to its purchasers.
All earnings and performance details are available on your MyZameen dashboard, where you can monitor your rental income or cashback (discount) and capital gains in real time.
Both Pakistani residents and overseas Pakistanis with a valid CNIC/NICOP and Pakistani bank account are eligible to purchase.

Each purchase on MyZameen is secured through a legally binding agreement defining the rights of both parties. Before listing any property, MyZameen conducts due diligence, third-party valuation, and developer compliance checks.
Every Block Owner obtains a legally recognised right in the property through the agreement with the developer. Each Block Owner also receives a Digital Allotment Certificate with a Transaction Number, serving as verifiable proof of ownership.
All properties are developed and managed by Zameen Developments, from construction to handover and property management.
You will receive a Digital Allotment Certificate (for built properties) and a Digital Allocation Certificate (for developmental properties) confirming your ownership of the purchased Property Block(s).
